Flagged videos and users are reviewed by staff 24 hours a day, seven days a week to determine whether they violate our terms of service. Accounts are penalized for violations, and serious or repeated violations can lead to account termination. We do capture and store your IP address when you flag content in order to prevent abuse of this system.
